Good Morning Flow

Start your day with intention, movement, and breath. This gentle yet energizing Vinyasa flow is designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and create space—physically and mentally—for the day ahead. You’ll move through a mindful sequence that blends breath-centered movement with strength, mobility, and grounding. With a steady, accessible pace, this class offers a balanced start to your morning—leaving you feeling refreshed, focused, and ready to meet the day with clarity and ease. All levels.

Mindful Yoga

Slow down, breathe deeply, and tune into the present moment. An accessible, foundational practice that blends intentional movement with breath awareness and inner stillness to emphasize presence over perfection, helping you develop a deeper connection between body and mind.

Open to all levels, offering a grounding experience to reduce stress, improve mobility, and cultivate mindfulness—both on and off the mat. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your awareness, you're welcome!

Neuro Mobility Flow

Our bodies house a family of joints. The relationship between every joint defines how they can make a house a home. By learning each individual joint's healthiest movement pattern, joints can be fortified: this reduces pain, & paves the way for muscle growth. Skeletal harmony can be achieved with a mindful & empathetic approach, slowing down to learn how to trust & strengthen the bond between joints. In this class, plan on moving at a glacial pace and learning something new every time. 

Yoga Flow

This all-levels Vinyasa-style class blends thoughtful alignment with breath-driven movement to build both strength and fluidity. Expect a warming, steady flow that encourages body awareness, balance, and ease. You’ll move with intention—linking breath to each transition—creating a practice that is both grounding and energizing. Whether you’re newer to yoga or more experienced, this class offers space to deepen, explore, and connect.

Breathe with Bri

Flow with joy and intention in this heart-centered Vinyasa class that blends breath, movement, and presence. Bri brings a playful, welcoming energy to each class, guiding you through creative sequences that build strength, flexibility, and inner connection. Expect to move, laugh, breathe deeply, and leave feeling both grounded and uplifted. All levels welcome.

Peaceful Flow

End your day with ease and presence. Peaceful Flow blends gentle movement, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation to help you release the day’s tension and restore your energy. Perfect for all levels, this practice leaves you grounded, calm, and ready for a restful night.

Yoga for the Elements

An integrative yoga practice, uniting ancient healing methods with modern science.  Accessible yoga postures are woven and paired with Energy Medicine techniques to communicate with the body in its own language and innate wisdom.  By focusing on your body as a living system of energy, you are empowered to self-heal, thrive and flow in the life you are meant to live.  Energy Medicine Yoga ®

Functional Yoga

A purposeful, movement-based practice designed to support the way your body moves in daily life. This class blends yoga postures with mobility work, strength-building, and alignment principles to enhance stability, balance, and overall function. Great for injury prevention, body awareness, and building resilience both on and off the mat. All levels welcome.


Gentle Yoga & Sound

Unwind and restore with a calming blend of gentle yoga and sound bowls. This class begins with slow, accessible movement and breathwork to release tension and settle the nervous system. The practice closes with a soothing sound experience—using crystal singing bowls—to support deep relaxation, inner stillness, and energetic balance. All levels welcome; no experience needed.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a steady and deliberate practice with an emphasis on breath with mindful movement to slowly improve flexibility and peace of mind. In this class, you will focus on building a strong foundation and proper alignment. Each posture is maintained for multiple breaths, giving you time to explore, examine and experience the more subtle layers of your yoga practice, cultivating steadiness and ease. All levels welcome.

Yin

A grounding, all-levels practice designed to complement more active (yang) styles of yoga and movement. You’ll hold passive floor poses for several minutes, targeting deep connective tissue to enhance flexibility, circulation, and joint health. This slow, meditative practice helps balance the nervous system, release tension, and support recovery—both physically and mentally.


Chair Yoga

This gentle, healing practice uses the support of a chair to help you reconnect with your body through slow, intentional movement and breath. Designed to support recovery, mobility, and balance, the class includes seated and standing postures that build strength and stability—without the need to get down on the floor. Ideal for those healing from injury, managing chronic conditions, or simply seeking a mindful, grounding practice that nurtures strength from within.

Yin Reiki

Join Carol in this space for deep rest and reflection. Allow the energy of change to transmute through you into inspiration and possibilities.  Yin postures offer your mind a soft place to reflect and dream.  Reiki offered in each pose to support a transition from routine expectations and facilitate release into growth of something new.  This practice floats you from where you are into peace and faith.  Minimum of 3

Yoga for the Elements: Harmonize Your Energies

Combining five element theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and familiar yoga movements we can bring harmony to our energies. Each individual has their own primary energy and story of what has happened to their energy. As we explore and combine these two ancient techniques our subtle body and physical body are impacted finding balance and center.

This workshop will meet each individual where they are in their energy and support finding the way back to their harmonized balance. 

Chakra Clarity

Tune up you Chakras (energy centers) with essential oils and Yoga Nidra and sound healing created for each energy center. No experience needed. Dress comfy and ready to go on a journey of realignment and relaxation.
