Qi Gong

May 1st 1pm

A wonderfully subtle and gentle meditative ancient Chinese practice. Qi (energy) and Gong (skillful work) is a practice of intention. Through flowing movement & breath work the balance of Qi (energy, life force) is cultivated. Qi G is a very accessible, transformational and grounding practice suitable for all levels. No prior experience needed. 

Fascia Release

May 6th 6pm

Unwind layers of held tension and create space for healing with this deeply restorative practice. Fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs—can become tight or restricted from stress, injury, or daily habits. In this class, we use gentle, mindful movement, sustained stretches, breathwork, and simple self-massage techniques to release fascial tension.

Foundations of Breathwork

Discover the energetic practice of the 2 Stage breathwork practice with Heather. This activating practice can help release stored emotions and create powerful shifts in your mindset. Gather, connect, share, and breathe.

Energy Medicine Yoga

Restorative Yoga

A deeply nourishing practice designed to support your nervous system and invite true rest.  Using bolsters, blankets, and supportive props, we settle into gentle, fully supported postures held for longer periods of time. This allows the body to soften, the breath to slow, and the mind to quiet — without effort or strain. It’s about giving your body the space it needs to recalibrate and return to balance.

Mindful Resilience

This class is offered in support of veterans, military families, and the broader community, honoring service through mindful movement and breath. This grounding, accessible yoga practice emphasizes nervous system regulation, gentle strength, and rest, supporting stress relief, resilience, and overall well-being. The class is trauma-informed and invitational, with options and adaptations offered both on and off the mat.  All are welcome.

Wall Yin

Using the support of the wall, you’ll settle into passive poses held for several minutes, gently targeting deep connective tissue to enhance flexibility, circulation, and joint health.  This slow, meditative practice invites the body to soften and the nervous system to rebalance, helping release tension and support recovery—both physically and mentally. The wall offers added stability and subtle depth, allowing you to explore each posture with greater ease and awareness.

Solstice Yoga Flow

June 20th 2pm

Let's welcome summer with this 75-minute Summer Solstice yoga flow designed to celebrate the longest day of the year through movement and reflection. This all-levels class explores Sun Salutations & Dark Moons through pose variations that build strength, align the breath, and promote reflection. Together, we’ll explore the balance between light and darkness in the season and within ourselves. Come move, reset, and reconnect as you step into summer.

Chair Yoga


This gentle, healing practice uses the support of a chair to help you reconnect with your body through slow, intentional movement and breath. Designed to support recovery, mobility, and balance, the class includes seated and standing postures that build strength and stability—without the need to get down on the floor. Ideal for those healing from injury, managing chronic conditions, or simply seeking a mindful, grounding practice that nurtures strength from within.

Essential Oils 102: Mood & Emotions

Spinal Mobility Flow

This slow, mindful class is designed to support spinal mobility while gently regulating the nervous system. Through intentional, joint-by-joint movement, we’ll explore how the spine communicates with the rest of the body, fostering a sense of safety, ease, and internal support.

Inner Tuning: Vibrational Restorative Yoga

A deeply immersive 90-minute experience designed to recalibrate your nervous system, harmonize your energy, and invite profound rest.  Supported by  props, you’ll move through a series of restorative postures held for extended periods. In each pose, vibrational sound bowls are gently placed on the body, allowing their frequencies to travel through as subtle vibrations to help quiet mental chatter, soften physical tension, and encourage inner alignment.

Yoga for the Elements: Harmonize your Energies

Combining five element theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and familiar yoga movements we can bring harmony to our energies. Each individual has their own primary energy and story of what has happened to their energy. As we explore and combine these two ancient techniques our subtle body and physical body are impacted finding balance and center.

Journey to Self: 6 week Series

Journey to Self is for women who want to discover a deeper sense of themselves. We explore this journey with shadow work, forgiveness, nourishment, and replenishment over the course of 6 weeks. You will learn techniques to empower yourself along the way; including (not limited too) Energy Medicine, meditation, journaling, Chinese medicine, EFT, essential oils, and reiki. Series includes: 15 hours of coaching and all tools needed to discover the Worthy and Powerful YOU
