Let's welcome summer with this 75-minute Summer Solstice yoga flow designed to celebrate the longest day of the year through movement and reflection. This all-levels class explores Sun Salutations & Dark Moons through pose variations that build strength, align the breath, and promote reflection. Together, we’ll explore the balance between light and darkness in the season and within ourselves. Come move, reset, and reconnect as you step into summer.

This grounding, accessible yoga practice emphasizes nervous system regulation, gentle strength, and rest, supporting stress relief, resilience, and overall well-being. The class is trauma-informed and invitational, with options and adaptations offered both on and off the mat. All are welcome.

Unwind layers of held tension and create space for healing with this deeply restorative practice. Fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs—can become tight or restricted from stress, injury, or daily habits. In this class, we use gentle, mindful movement, sustained stretches, breathwork, and simple self-massage techniques to release fascial tension.

"Yoga Nidra is the practice of letting go of the world to find the universe within." A practice that guides you into the space between wakefulness and sleep. While your body rests in a state of total stillness, your consciousness remains alert, allowing you to access the deeper layers of the subconscious mind. You will be lying in a supported Savasana (corpse pose), as you are led through a systematic journey of sensory awareness, breathwork, and guided imagery.

A deeply immersive 90-minute experience designed to recalibrate your nervous system, harmonize your energy, and invite profound rest. Supported by props, you’ll move through a series of restorative postures held for extended periods. In each pose, vibrational sound bowls are gently placed on the body, allowing their frequencies to travel through as subtle vibrations to help quiet mental chatter, soften physical tension, and encourage inner alignment.
Combining five element theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and familiar yoga movements we can bring harmony to our energies. Each individual has their own primary energy and story of what has happened to their energy. As we explore and combine these two ancient techniques our subtle body and physical body are impacted finding balance and center.
This workshop will meet each individual where they are in their energy and support finding the way back to their harmonized balance.
